EULA - End User License Agreement

INSTANT NAVIGATOR FOR ONENOTE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement
between you, either an individual or a single entity, ("LICENSEE")
and LastBit Software ("LICENSOR").

The license agreement includes computer software and may include
associated media and online or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE
PRODUCT"). Please read the following terms and conditions before
installing the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. By installing or using the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or
use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are
hereby licensed by the LICENSOR to use this software for evaluation
purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. If you wish to use
the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the 30 days evaluation period a fee will
be charged, whereby you will receive a license file to enable
further use. Unregistered use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT after the
30 days evaluation period is in violation of applicable copyright
laws.

GRANT OF LICENSE.
This EULA grants you a non-exclusive non-transferable right for
installation and use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may use one
copy of the software on only one computer at a time. If you have
multiple licenses of the software, you may install the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT on the same number of workstations. Installation on a
network server solely for distribution to licensed workstations
does not count as an installation. You, as the LICENSEE, must
have a reasonable process to assure that the number of
workstations where the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is installed does not
exceed the number of licenses you have bought.

LIMITATION ON USE.
You may not rent, lease, lend, copy, modify, sub-license or
time-share the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You may not reverse engineer,
decompile or disassemble or otherwise alter the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
or its documentation. You may not use a Registration Key Code
issued to another user for use in conjunction with the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT.

SEPARATION OF COMPONENTS
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its
component parts may not be separated for use on more than one
computer or with other applications unless expressly permitted
in writing by the LICENSOR.

TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, the LICENSOR may
terminate this EULA if the LICENSEE fails to comply with the
terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, the LICENSEE
must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its
component parts.

OWNERSHIP.
You agree that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT belongs to the LICENSOR.
This license is not a sale of the original or any subsequent
copy.

NO WARRANTIES.
LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH
REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE IN
CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,
INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR USE, WHETHER IN AN
ACTION FOR CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
